Check a company before you sign
A new supplier, a customer with a large order, a landlord, an employer: a few minutes in the register are enough before you sign. Here you see what the register says, every item with its source.

Supplier
Does the company still exist, since when, and did it file its annual accounts on time? Late or missing filings usually have a reason.
Customer
Before the first invoice: status, age and notices in insolvency proceedings. The customer check turns them into a traffic light with a suggested payment term.
Landlord
Is the letting company registered and active, who represents it, and where is its seat? The company page shows it, free.
Employer
Size class, its development over the years and the latest accounts show how big the company is and whether it grows. The amounts are in the financial report.

What you do not get here
- No credit rating and no score: we show what the register says and compute ratios from it.
- No shareholdings and no payment experience from other companies.
- No official register extract: you get that from a clearing office of the justice ministry.
How it works
- Search the company and open its page: status, persons and accounts are visible without signing in.
- Sign in free: one company of your choice comes with all figures and years, as financial report or customer check.
- For every further company: Pro at €19.99 net a month, cancel monthly.
Frequently asked questions
What does a check cost?
The company page is free. One full query with all figures is free per e-mail address; every further company comes with Pro at €19.99 net a month.
Can I see whether a company is insolvent?
We show the edict file's notices on sales and leases in insolvency proceedings and the status in the register, for example a company in liquidation. The opening of insolvency proceedings itself is in the justice edict file at edikte.justiz.gv.at.
Where does the data come from?
From the Austrian company register and the edict file, both open data of the Republic of Austria, represented by the Federal Ministry of Justice. Sanctions come from the FMA.
Can I keep an eye on a company?
Yes, with Watch: you get an e-mail on every new entry, new annual accounts and every edict. Five companies are free.
