A specialist entered in the list by a regional court after an examination. Courts appoint from this list; companies and individuals commission private reports from it as well.
How long is the entry valid?
Certification lasts five years and is renewed on application. The date is in the Ministry's list.
Where does the data come from?
From the expert list of the Austrian Ministry of Justice. We show name, title, fields, court, town and the contact the Ministry publishes.
